Andel Plastics is continually investing in the latest technologies to improve and maintain efficiency and ensure a quality product every time to include the latest CAD/CAM, CNC technology and improved injection mould machinery.
With an in-house toolroom and injection moulding facility we offer a service from concept through to design and manufacture, all under one roof. Our in-house toolroom gives us, and therefore our customers, the advantage of reduced down time for tooling manufacture and repair.
If Andel Plastics manufactures a tool and then moulds in-house from this tool - the maintenance of the tool is included for ten years.
Our staff have over thirty years' experience in this industry. We have the necessary expertise, technical knowledge and attention to detail to produce the highest quality and complex injection mould tool solutions.
With a range of twenty injection moulding machines ranging from 22 to 300 tonnes, we have vast experience in producing components in a wide variety of materials.
